An input device is any hardware component that allows you to enter data, programs, commands, and user responses into a computer. An output device is any computer component capable of conveying information to a user. Some examples are monitors, printers, and speakers. Storage media is the physical material on which data, instructions, and information are kept. A storage device is the mechanism used to record and retrieve these items to and from a storage medium.

Since my last posting I do not feel like I have really learned anything new about technology. But I still feel like I have so far learned a lot in this class and look foward to learning more. Until my next posting...

I am really excited about becoming a teacher. It feels like it can not come quick enough. Everyday it is classes and more classes but never a feeling like it is almost over.

I feel the same excitement about becoming a teacher. I have to say though, my Diverse Populations class I took over the summer seemed as though it was never going to end! (It was a 3 1/2 hour class!)

I'm really excited about being a teacher too. A lot of teachers complain about their jobs and the kids, but it's nice to know that future teachers like us will enjoy our jobs! good luck!
